This activity has been planned and

the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME)

(FCM) and Cenegenics Education and Research Foundation (CERF).
Upon completion of the Age Management
Medicine Tutorial Training, Parts 1 & 2,

presented in a handsome 27” x 30” black frame. Regarding the series
of 10 presentations done via Web seminars,
FCM designates this educational activity for a maximum of
20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, titled
Advanced Topics in Age Management Medicine.
