This activity has been planned and

Upon completion of the Age Management
Medicine Tutorial Training, Parts 1 & 2,

presented in a handsome 27” x 30” black frame. Regarding the series
of 10 presentations done via Web seminars,
FCM designates this educational activity for a maximum of
20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, titled
